AI Employee

Meet Your AI Employee

A named AI agent that knows your business and is connected to the tools your team already uses. It runs on a dedicated machine at your office, on your own AI subscription.

Your seat, your machine. We handle the setup, the integrations and the upkeep.

How it works

What actually happens when you ask

A request leaves a device, the machine uses the tools it needs, and the answer comes back.

Office desktop

Pull last week's orders and email the clients who haven't paid.

  1. 01

    We map your business

We learn your processes, your tools and the work you want off your team's plate.

  2. 02

    We build the brain

We install the machine and configure the agent's memory, skills and access.

  3. 03

    You log into the dashboard

A dashboard on your office network. Type what you need; it gets to work.

  4. 04

    It works, learns and reports

It does the work, remembers what it learns, and we keep tuning it.

Why it's worth it

Your business is already paying for this work

Not in software licences — in hours, in follow-ups that slip, and in answers only one person knows.

  • Someone on your payroll spends their morning sorting email and copying data between systems.

That work is done before they arrive, and they check it instead of doing it.

  • Quotes and follow-ups go out late, or not at all, because everyone is busy.

Nothing sits waiting. Every quote gets chased and every message gets an answer.

  • The answer to a client question lives in one person's head, and they're on holiday.

Anyone on the team asks and gets the same answer, from your own documents.

  • Growing means hiring, and hiring means months of training before anyone is useful.

You take on more work without another salary, and it already knows how the business runs.

Already using an AI assistant?

Same model. The difference is everything we build around it.

Starts from zero in every conversation
Remembers your clients, processes and preferences
Can't reach your files, inbox or spreadsheets
Works directly in the tools you already use
Generic answers, no idea how your company runs
Set up around your business, and named like a colleague

Security & control

Security and control, end to end

What runs where, who has access, and who stays in charge of it.

Hardware in your building
A mini PC we install at your premises, serving your team - not a shared server somewhere else.
Your subscription, your account, your control
The AI account is in your name and under your control. You can revoke its access at any time.
Dashboard on your own network
The dashboard runs on your office network. It is not published to the open internet.
Your files stay on your machine
Its memory, configuration and working files live on the machine at your office.
RP Shift never trains on your data
We store nothing, build no model and keep no copy.
Kept patched and up to date
We handle updates and fixes. Remote access is optional and yours to switch off.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What can it actually connect to?

Most often: email (Gmail or Microsoft 365), Excel and Google Sheets, Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, local network folders, PDF archives and calendars. Anything else with an API - SQL databases, Slack or Teams, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, GitHub, invoicing and ERP platforms - we can usually connect too. If your tool is unusual, tell us and we'll check it first.

Who can see my data?

Its memory, configuration and the files it works with stay on the machine at your office. RP Shift stores nothing and never trains on your data. The AI itself runs under your own account, so that side stays on the subscription you control.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks, depending on how many tools we connect. Custom integrations take longer, and we tell you before we start. Tuning continues after go-live.

Can we add more AI employees later?

Yes. Each person who uses it needs access through your AI subscription, subject to your provider's plan. Adding another named agent, for another person or another role, is the normal next step.

What happens if I cancel my AI subscription?

The agent stops working - it runs on your subscription. Its memory, your files and the configuration stay on the machine, and it picks up again as soon as the subscription is active.

Do you keep remote access to the machine?

Only if you want it. It lets us update and fix things without a visit - switch it off and we come to you instead.

How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot?

Those are subscriptions to a general assistant. This is a configured system: a machine at your office, memory of your business, skills set up for your work and integrations with the exact tools you use - built and maintained by us on an AI account you own.

What happens to the hardware when the contract ends?

It comes back to us. The machine is rented as part of the service rather than sold, so you never buy hardware up front. Before it leaves, we hand over the data on it.
